This benefit consists of «reducing the default interest rate in a 50 percent«.
The deadline to access this benefit is until June 30 of this year and they clarified that «it is important that debtors take into account that the request for the subscription of the facilities or agreements for payment will have to be filed before, to later, the quince (15) May 2023«.

How can you request the discount?
The Diandiendo explained that the procedure must be done by going to «the collection offices of the Sectional Directorates and signing a document in which the term, number of installments, periodicity, detail and the value of the obligations subject to payment are established, under this modality».
In addition, if the term for the payment of debts with the Dian is greater than one year, you must sign a «payment facility» backed by a guarantee of assets.

They added that they invite taxpayers to «verify compliance with the repatriation of assets announced in their Complementary Tax Return for Tax Normalization (year 2022) and to review the possible inaccuracy or ineffectiveness in the declarations to those responsible for Withholding at Source (year 2022 ) )».
